What is an .asf, and how could we get these on The Blue Alliance?

.asf is a window media format. I believe it's Advanced Streaming Format or some such, but it's mostly just windows video/audio encoded media. Albeit with a low-def and hi-def stream in one file. I think you can treat it like you would any .WMV.
