Can someone tell me what kind of grease is being used in the drill motor gear box?

Thank You!

I ordered a tube of spare grease from S-B Power Tools.

The exact grease used in the BOSCH gearboxes is part number 3 605 430 002, $10.25 per 225m ml tube. The size of the tube is just larger than a tube of tooth paste.

I have no idea what the weight or viscosity of the grease is. The tube is pretty generically labled. All I know it that it is 'light weight'. l have heard of teams replacing the standard grease with other types. I have no idea if this provides better performance.

The BOSCH grease is a 'Light Non-Detergent' grease.
