We never assume that we'll be able to attend Championship in any given year, but we prefer to make placards/stickers with the shipping address for our crate should we need it.
I emailed frcteams to ask about the shipping address for Championship (after receiving the shipping address for CVR today) and the response I got was:
Hello,
Thank you for your email. In the event that you qualify for Championship at your Regional, you will be emailed the shipping information for Championship the following Monday. I apologize for any inconvenience.
We received a shipping exemption for CVR. Should we qualify for Championship there (though the odds of that happening at CVR don't look too good), it will be difficult to affix the shipping address to our crate the following Monday when we're already back in Hawaii thousands of miles away.
I'm just wondering why the shipping address would be kept a secret. Those who prequalified supposedly already got the address.

Hello Team,
You are receiving this email because your team is registered for Championship and will need to ship your robot. Attached to this email you will find detailed information on how to ship your robot and where to ship it to. Please also read section 5.8 in the FRC Administrative Manual “Robot Shipping” here: http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/viewItem/7#5.
Please note: Your team will need to ship your robot by the Tuesday after your last event.
...
If your team was granted a Bag & Tag exemption, you will need to Bag & Tag your robot and crate it up at your event. You will then need to complete your proper shipping documents. The drayage location that you shipped to will handle scheduling your pick up from FedEx to Championship.
...
Sincerely,
FRC Team Support

Your robot will be shipped to a drayage location identified by FIRST and brought to the venue by the drayage organization in its crate. You will uncrate the robot at the event, and return it to the crate at the conclusion of the event for re-shipment. The drayage company will pick it up at the event, bring it back to the drayage location, and ship the robot to its next destination using instructions you provide.
Just trying to determine the instructions that we would need to provide...
