Hi everybody,
I just wanted to post an update on team 2224. The robot in the video is our practice bot but it is identical to or actual robot. It has a pneumatic arm for shooting, a kitbot on steroids 6wd drivetrain, and pneumatic wedges to get on the bridge (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0r7hGKyYgec&feature=related). The only problem with it, is the consistency it will fire consistently but only with heavy balls (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=104278). It seems like some balls are heavy while others are light and ours only works with heavy ones, it sends the light ones flying into oblivion. Also I would like to point out all of the movement you saw in the video (the first one not the second one) was fully autonomous which is a big thing for us since the robot from last year did not have this.
