Smart dashboard Video feed

We have been trying to get feed from the camera to the smart dashboard. For some reason we can not even ping the camera through the 2 ethernet port Crio. suggestions? i think we are doing all the right steps but can someone post all the steps from where the camera has been reset. :confused:

Our process goes like this:

Connect the driver station to the bridge
Configure the driver station's IP (should be 10.te.am.*, we use 10.te.am.5) and subnet (should be 255.0.0.0)
Determine the Camera's IP. This should be in the 10.te.am.11-20 range.
Enter the camera's IP into WPICameraExtension's IP property
Wait for camera feed to appear (usually takes a few seconds)
