Ok, i am trying to prove that a connection can support the air pressure (its not 100% FIRST Robotics)

im drawing a blank when it comes to how to prove it. I have attached a general drawing of what im trying to accomplish. but i have a formed container, that looks like a glass beer bottle, and im trying to pressure test the bottom of it. im looking for a seal that can slide into a .8" id hole, and than expand out to about 2.25" and hold the seal against 125 psi of air.

thank you for any help. im sorry if its in the wrong forum.

I have a lot of questions about why you would be doing it this way, I suspect is has a lot to do with function that may be proprietery. Without trying to run through a full review of your design here, since you are local in CT, I would recommend working with a company that specializes in pressure testing that is in Agawam, MA. The name of the company is RonMar.
