This is the update to our 2012 Business Plan and Team Continuity Plan.

The Continuity Plan is a unique portion of our document. It captures what we consider to be risks to our program and what the probability and impact would be if that risk occurred. We then identify actions we can take to minimize either the probability or impact (or both).

The risks are scored, and the ones with the highest risk score receive the most attention and resources to address.
