Just sittin here thinking about the great time we had in New Jersey this past weekend. Thanks evryone for the kind words of encouragement and praise, it was very much appreciated. Special thanks goes out to one of our best supporters and friends 'Moe' or 'Trader Moe' as he should now be referred to - from a special team TJ2 !!! Being from a distant place can sometimes be stressful, but you guys helped us feel confortable being there. Although we didn't win the big prize, #1 seed and the controls award was nice to bring home. I'm proud of our team. and our alliance partners (Team 191 & 41) - We battled all the way until the end - We love the competition and I'm very proud of our drivers - 'Never give up, Never give in'! Am looking forward to seeing you all in Chicago or at EPCOT.

My weekend in Jersey was an incredible experience. I was out in Michigan the week before and saw 66 teams battle it out and then being in Jersey to see 40 more teams was unbelievable. Even though Delphi didn't win it all, if you want my opinion they had the best robot there, they deserved the control award and they definately deserved the # 1 seed award cause they were unbelievable. TJē,Team 88, had the pleasure of going with the Chief for a round last weekend. It was a pleasure to go with such a great robot. The one HUGE thing I did notice was everyone likes to see the underdog win. Throughout the competition you saw everyone trying to beat Delphi. Every knew that the Cheif was the team to beat. I consider that to be the greatest honor to be considered the best by your peers and the CD5 definately has my vote. When we got knocked out in the first round by the Robo raiders(75) and Othro Sommerville (102) I was pushing for the chief to pull it off. Team 88 and myself like to say thank you for a great weekend to everyone that was there and everyone that helps to make that regional such a success. And I can't wait to see you all in Florida. And if I need an alliance partner I know where I'll be looking first!!
