I want to start to programmed with labVIEW.

once you understand how to use labview in general, http://team358.org/files/programming/ControlSystem2009-/LabVIEW/ is a great place to learn how to code for the robot.

Stick with java. With personnel experiences labview is slow. Just my opinion though.

labview is slow

I'm curious how you came to this conclusion? Do you mean it is slow to learn, to write, to install, to deploy, to run? And are you basing this on a particular version?
