Rule GM17 states that human players returning balls to
the playing field shall do so by 'throwing them over the front
safety shield'.
A couple of teams today during the NASA regional qualifiying
matches extended their baskets to the top of the alliance station
and placed all of the alliance balls into it. Then, they would then go
straight to the goal and unload, scoring an instant 12 points.
I don't call dribbling balls over the edge a throw. What do you think?
Thanks, Harold
