13 years in a row at the Kettering Kickoff for the Killer Bees.
( plus all 4 years of Kettering District = 17 times at KU! )

I've been waiting since IRI for this!

I'll be there, however it's going to be interesting this year. It is during Finals and Move-Out for Kettering A-Section Students. :(

You'll survive, Batman. :) Unless we play the Turbo Hustle 10 times in a row.

I'll be there! At least for most of it. Then I have to ditch robots for a wedding. ...sigh, that's what happens when you have friends who don't participate in FIRST.

Gummi bears song, anyone?

I'm planning on at least trying to stop by for a bit. 7:30 am final followed by moving out. Not gonna be fun.

Schnabel, any idea why it wasn't 10th weekend like it's previously been?

Good luck everybody. I am excited. Any predictions for alliance selections? Also, about how many qualification matches does each team get?

What were the elimination alliances, and who won? Or where can I find the results?

One of the games in Semis or Finals was decided by the tie-breaker rule.

The tie-breaker was in Finals match 1.

I thought a human player scored in the low hoop. Cause I am pretty sure before the screen faded away for the refs to add the bridge points whatever team that won was up by 1 point

That's what I thought but my human player assured me it was a tie-breaker. I'm not very inclined to believe him though.

Thanks everyone who helped put Kettering Kickoff together. It was an amazing event with lots of great people!

2337, thanks for picking us! we had so many issues in Eliminations but it worked out in the end!

910, what a great comeback for you guys! I'll always remember watching your CAN wires get destroyed early in the day, only to see you come back in Eliminations with PWMs. Great perseverance guys, your hard work payed off!

I leave you all with my new favorite quote.

Are you ready?
Is the barbie's butt plastic?

It was a tie breaker. I was a referee today, and after that match I was confused so I talked to the FTA's and figured it all out.
