Telescopic Linear Slide?

Can someone point me to a telescopic linear slide that has an initial length of about 16" and expands to as much as possible (but no more than 4")

Check the McMaster catalog. WE have bought many different types over the years.

A 16 inch linear slide that can extend 4 inches should be easy to find at you local Home Depot or Lowes. Look for drawer slides.
