Is there visible damage? When you open it up can you see any blown connections? If not, you probably won't be able to fix it. All the electronics are so highly integrated that unless the failure occurred in maybe 1 or 2 places it'll likely be irreparable.

As a side note, try to shield your cameras from vibration and (physical) shock as much as possible. We had one on our arm in logomotion that was presumably shaken around a bit too much and it ended up not working when we tried to use it this year. A couple dollars of styrofoam and other shock-absorbers is cheap compared to $170 for a new camera.

Can you provide more details?

Have you tried a new or different power supply?

What conditions caused you to burn out the old one? Incorrect wiring or circuitry?

Most likely it will need to be replaced. Unfortunately, the AXIS is not the cheapest camera around...

It looks like B&H has it for the best price at $162.
