This was a great opportunity to talk with the senator. We could tell he really "got" what FIRST and STEM are really about! :D He also checked out Kennedy's PLTW program and chopper class, but went way over the scheduled time with us because he was so engaged!

It was truly a great experience. It was during the school day so the whole team couldn't be there, but it was still amazing. He really "gets it".
