Finding regional directors

Is there a list somewhere of FIRST regional directors? I mean the people that help new (and existing) teams get hooked up with funding, other teams for mentoring etc. I don't mean the person in charge of running a regional competition. Although perhaps in some/many cases this will be the same person.

Senior Mentors are a great resource of information and often have connections to mentors and funding sources as well.
