Does anyone have a copy of the game manuals electronic section, I want to look it over as a refresher before the season starts. The manual on the FRC website appears to not have anything in it, but it is in a fancy format (http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/viewItem/57).

Did you look in the Game and Season Info / Archived Game Documentation and Event Results area of the FRC site?

I found the 2012 Robot Rules link (http://www.usfirst.org/sites/default/files/uploadedFiles/Robotics_Programs/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2012_Assets/Game-04Robot.pdf) there. Electrical section starts on p. 23 with [R36].
