The students have been putting their all into it, so I'm quite proud. It's a shame that there's no competition this year during Build Season.

We haven't posted anything yet and I haven't gone sorting through the bitmap images for all the best frames, but our team is doing a Temple Run Theme if it excites anyone.

Usually the winning team finds out the same time as everyone else, but last year FIRST accidentally listed the winner in the kickoff agenda. :-)

Yes, I'd rather like to know who won. I spent many nights up late working on my team's animation. It's not so much that I'd like to win, I just want everyone to stop patronizing me over it haha.

Safety is an integral part of our culture at FIRST. We’re working hard to put the finishing touches on the 2013 Safety Manual. Not much is changing from the 2012 Safety Manual, so that document is still a great guide to staying safe. A few other teams had outstanding entries from a visual standpoint, but the Adambots entry had a great message that was very relevant to safety at the competitions. I think that's what the judges were looking for.

Yeah. I already had the idea for our animation before the formal announcement was made by FIRST. I then decided to ignore the given topic and do what I wanted. Sorta showed how wrong that plan was.

Still, really cool animations from the winners.
