[FTC]: Starting position

Someone told me that the red alliance has the right to re-position their robots after the blue alliance has placed theirs just before Autonomous. Yet I find nothing in the rules that says this. (Something like this makes sense though otherwise there could be endless back and forth moving of bots)

So, what is the scoop on this?

I believe the higher seed ( red alliance ) has the right to position last in elims. Not sure abouts quals.

Blue places first in qualifying rounds. Lower seed places first in elimination matches. In the Game Manual Part 2 Section 1.4.2 General Rules G13
