For those of you interested, the KOP Website (http://www.usfirst.org/frc/kitofparts) has been updated to include more information about the sizes and weights of the various parts of the Kickoff Kit.

OK, add to the knowledge base that the other two were official hints as well.

Each number group is of even length. I'd guess that characters are encoded by two-digit pairs.
