Is anyone making an iphone app for FRC Driver Control System?

I thought about using an RDP app to control the real control PC. It would just display the desktop on the ipad which wouldn't provide the joystick control. To tie it in with the gyro and move the robot around would be cool, but seems like it would be a lot of work. I don't know though, maybe it could emulate a joystick without to much work. Kind of like all those RC cars that can now be controlled by them. They are produced to adapt to many RC cars
