Catalyst 2013 questions

I've got my team to download Catalyst 2013, but I have a few questions:
1. How can I play tournament mode? It is blacked out for me
2. How do I get more than 2 people in one match, set up a LAN? or plug in controllers?
3. Will they roll out with a final version, or will it be beta for the rest of the season?
4. and finally, I thought the middle line only had 2 frisbees, did I miss something in the rules or did they mess it up in the sim?

1. I don't think tournament works yet, but I am not sure.
2. Plug in controllers.
3. They plan to role out the final version with updates soon.
4. No you're right, there are supposed to be only 2 frisbees. Hope they fix these bugs soon.

1. It's not available for anyone, it's in beta right now.
2. plugging in controllers will work.
3. I have no idea.
4. Yes there is only 2 frisbees on the middle line

How does the dumper bot work?

It also seems to score climbs incorrectly.

It wont allow to to climb back down.

And it doesn't seem to score bees that are on the top of the pyramid.

No mistake there, the middle line frisbees are like the balls on the coopertition bridge last year. Any that are not preloaded by teams are placed on the middle line.

At least two (2) DISCS are placed centrally between the GUARDRAILS and along the field CENTER LINE.
Any DISCS not preloaded in ROBOTS per part Aabove (e.g. the ROBOT is preloaded with fewer than three (3) DISCS, the ROBOT isn’t in the MATCH, etc.) are placed adjacent to the DISCS on the CENTER LINE. The non-preloaded DISCS are added to each side of the existing pair such that the group of DISCS on the CENTER LINE is centered. If there is an odd number of DISCS staged on the CENTER LINE, the extra DISC will be placed on the scoring table side of the group.
