I attempted to install roborealm software included in the kit of parts last night and went to download the installation file and my anti virus softwear (norton 360) said it was unsafe and wouldnt let me download and now norton will not do anything at all and cant open due to an error. Have I done something wrong or is this a problem with my antivirus?

False positive. Turn the AV off for a few minutes while it downloads and installs.
Turn off Norton until you download the program
