Amount of frisbees limit

Hey,
Does anybody know if there is a limit of discs if the robot is higher than 60"?
there was a rumor that in that case I'm allowed to carry only 2 discs, but I couln't find the exact rule.

In teleop, you can hold up to four discs. The only other time is in autonomous, if a robot is in a certain position, it can preload 3 otherwise it is 2
