NI Labview Install Problem

My labview would not take serial # and idk what to do, has this problem happened to anyone else????

They have multiple serial numbers in the packaging for some reason, but that's the one that works.

I had the same problem and after an hour on the phone with NI I found the proper serial number and was told that that was not it. I tried other numbers they gave me then I went back to the S14X86763 and it worked.

FYI Alan is right, we should read the instructions first.
