Okay, so, inevitably, robots are going to fall, hard and fast. Some will be quite destructive -- people are going to get them on video, and SOMEONE is going to make a montage. Lots of crying, cringing, and "OOOOOHs" will ensue. It'll be a great highlight to the season.

So.. the most important question of all -- what song would you put in the montage? :)

Kissed by a rose, to pay homage to a terrible hint.

Really, new motors, thats it?

My Generation by the Who from the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival or the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour performance (also 1967):

Of course....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ogotVeBO6M&feature=youtu.be&t=14m30s

Another natural...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouHkL7u9qLw (language alert)

For a (much) more somber tone...

Or even http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-Xrlf3taEo

Finally, any fall reminds me of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2AZH4FeGsc The agony of defeat part. :)

I'd propose Mick Foley's old ring music, aptly titled "Wreck" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqPpqALiMMQ).

How about "Tick Tick Boom" by the Hives?

Put the video at a faster than normal speed and just use Yakety Sax.
:D

The Anvil Chorus, naturally.

I am going to go back 133 years and say 1812 Overture (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0cpKzDoOdA). The booming cannons could be timed for great effect.

I second the vote for Yakety Sax. Because Yakety Sax.

The Anvil Chorus, naturally.

Seconded.

Yakety Sax matches last years bridge mayhem better than what I'm expecting to see this year, while the Anvil Chorus is the go-to music for many heavy objects falling from a height.

Well, this (http://m.youtube.com/?reload=5&rdm=mfca6b55t#/watch?v=tIn_EvuNEh4) seems like the obvious choice. There's even this cheesy "scientific" (http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=u7KpH9_I2Dw) version that you could use, if you wanted.

The way I imagine it is starting out with a slow motion shot of the robot climbing, timed so that the robot begins to fall right when he says "gravity" for the first time.

Yakety sax sounds cool for a comedic approach, but something along the lines of O fortuna would also be cool

It may be cliché, but 1812 Overture is always a good pick for crash videos.
