Labview updates not working at all

Several issues have occurred since I've been trying to update labview. I've tried downloading all the files from the cd but I keep getting error issues. On top of this, the updates from the usfirst website isn't working at all for me even when I have an internet connection. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Please and thank you.

Some general suggestion from our teams last couple of installs. Make sure to follow the Getting Started guide step by step and use the correct serial number. It starts with S14.... and is also in the getting started guide.
