Missing Default Java Code

Attempting to test the control systems with the "DefaultCodeProject," but whenever I try to load it into Netbeans (7.2.1), it says the file path does not exist. All plugins and updates have been installed. Anyone have similar issues? Any ideas? I've already reinstalled plugins.

I extracted the attached file from the plugins, which should be what you're looking for.
