How to define windriver to FIRST

Hiiii :))
this is my first year as a programer in my team :)) and I dont know how to define windriver to the FRC rules !! in order to see above FIRST---->DEPLOY--->UNDEPLOY.

What do you mean by "define"?

I have installed windriver to the computer !! and "FIRST" option above doesn't appear !!
I want it ,in order to download the program to the cRIO . (deploy/undeploy).
Help me please .

In order to install the FRC specific components you must run the Workbench Update from here: http://firstforge.wpi.edu/sf/frs/do/viewRelease/projects.wpilib/frs.2013_frc_update_for_c.2013_frc_update_for_c_0
