Getting CANbus Libraries Setup

Where would I be able to find the CANBUS libraries and some sort of isntructions on including it in with the current code.

They are already included. Look at the CANJaguar class. You also need to image the cRIO and select the appropriate communication method (2 CAN or Black Jaguar Serial Bridge).
