Hoping the CD community can help out here. Of course, I'd have a problem on the weekend when FIRST is closed.
I'm trying to get some FIRST Choice parts and even though I'm copying from TIMS, it's still not accepting it. The little text under the red error message does correctly give our password and team number.
Is FIRST Choice down? Any thoughts?

We had the same issue. Email Andymark directly, they gave us a new password.
I had the same problem as well. As I was copying info into an email to send for a new password, I tried typing it manually with matching capitalization and it worked. Don't know what the deal was, but I'll add it to my list of reasons for why I'm not a fan of FIRST Choice...

Gave this a try also. Will also try not from our worksite later tonight just in case there's a firewall issue here.

I thought I was having an issue logging in as well, but then I realized that when copying and pasting directly from TIMS I was grabbing an extra space after the password. It's hard to notice but it may be there.

Worked like a charm now that I'm home! I very carefully copied just the password this time also.
Go figure. I don't know what caused it - different browser, operating system and network probably have something to do with it. Or maybe it's because no one's running a chop saw in the next room. :) Off to send follow-up notes to AndyMark & FIRST.
