cRIO Imging tool Not starting

We are trying to start the cRIO imaging tool from LabVIEW 2012, but it wont start after clicking it. We need it to e ven deploy programs to the cRIO. is there a fix or trick around it.

The cRIO Imaging Tool comes as a separate install.
Have you installed the LabVIEW Utilities Update (http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2262)?

If it hasn't been installed, then the link in LabVIEW won't be able to start what isn't there.
