I'm guessing it's a box for delivering "pizza's" (frisbees) to the pyramid goal. The hole in the middle is for a piston or some other actuator to push them out

Ya really had me excited though for 4 lines!

But carbon fiber you say? I could see a dumper as we've considered something similar (As im sure carbon fiber wouldn't be used on a purely decorative item). It doesn't have to bear a lot of weight on it but would be a fancy bottom to a hopper.

It's that hole in the middle that really has me thrown off. It's obviously not a weight saving hole (You probably would save less than an ounce speed hole-ing Carbon Fiber), nor would it be a purely decorative hole. I'm betting that that hole has some sort of function.

You will notice that the pizzas are symetrical; flipped about the Y-axis.
Looks entirely like a gearbox to spin up your shooter wheel from two motors still :P The holes on the pizza could be to mount the motors, and the center hole obviously to drive the wheel. Why the thing is so bug though... yo no se.

I really hope this is my original vision (which we will not pursue) - a level 3 climber that has a "goal" - same dimensions & reflective tape as high goal, so alliance partners can fire discs into it - that can then dump into the pyramid goal.
