How do you get free Bimba cylinders?

It seems as though I cannot find the website where you can order the three Bimba cylinders. Is this not the case any more? If it is then can anyone tell me what website its on? Thanks!

I just called Bimba Customer Service (1-800-323-5095) and provided our team number. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and was told that our order had been received and looked like it would be shipped out tomorrow or Monday. No reason was given for the delay.

Called Bimba. Got a Fedex (odd since we selected UPS for shipping) tracking number. Shipped yesterday. Expected delivery in a couple days. No info on delay either. Thanks for all your help!
