Trouble with networking

Currently my team and I are having much trouble programming, our problem is that the laptop will not connect to the router, what do we do? ::rtm::

First, make sure your router is set up correctly. Use the FRCBridgeConfigurationUtility from the USFirst.org technical resources page (http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/2013-Technical-Resources). If your router is correctly configured properly, make sure the IP address of your computer is set to 10.xx.yy.9 where xxyy is your team number. Finally, make sure on the driver station to input your team number under the setup tab
