The LabVIEW distribution came on a DVD this year. However if you lost last year's distribution don't feel too bad about it since it's now expired.

Well thats what i meant, we lost this years...

Ouch. The files on the DVD take up over 5GB of space. That's pretty big for a download (at least for DSL speeds). Any chance of borrowing a copy from a nearby team?

NI support can likely mail you another, but borrowing or finding yours may be faster.

If you are only talking about a Classmate, there are images for that particular netbook (http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intel-learning-series/first-frc-image-system-overview.html) that include the 2013 FRC LabVIEW pre-installed.
They won't help with a non-Classmate machine though.
