Trouble Getting Parts

My team needs an electronic solenoid actuator. We can't find any on AndyMark, and there are no ARA approved junkyards in our area. Would we be allowed to buy one from an automotive store if it isn't used and is within the FIRST requirements?

FIRST does not restrict sources, other than that sources of COTS parts be usable by any team that wants to use them. (See definition of VENDOR for more.)

So, go for it. And, post the source in case someone else wants an idea of where to look.
