I've used it. There are tons of other libraries scattered around from researchers and integrators that predate OpenG.

I've used OpenG at work. I actually try to avoid it now, because its a pain in the butt to update it every time I get a LabVIEW update. I do however LOVE the JKI String-Based State Machine library.
