IR tracking with Axis M1013

I'm trying to make target tracking with my team's M1013 less of a pain, so I need the two following items:


12V infrared transmitter
passive infrared filter


Can anyone link me to these? I'm looking around but I've never worked with infrared so I don't know how powerful of a transmitter I need, what frequencies the M1013's internal filter cuts the least, etc.

Why do you want to use IR? The Axis cameras have filters to reduce their sensitivity to infrared light.
