Loading Image onto CRIO

Does anyone know how to load an image onto the CRIO for testing purposes? We want to create a bitmap and load it onto the CRIO and/or retrieve an image from the CRIO's flash memory and save on our laptop's hard drive. Note: We use C++.

Just ftp to the cRIO using an ftp app, or Windows Explorer.

Just to add a bit to Mark's post, type ftp://10.te.am.02 or the actual cRIO IP address into the top of the File Explorer window and drag the file from your local machine to the cRIO ftp window.
