Rules Regarding Dashboard

One of my teammates mentioned that there are rules about the dashboard that we need to follow during competition. However, I could not find any information about dashboard rules in the manual. Of course, I want to be sure that our setup will be legal before competition. So are there any rules about Dashboard use at competition? If so, where can I find them?

No Dashboard rules that I can think of.
You don't have to run a Dashboard if you don't want to. You can run your own homemade Dashboard if you want. You can run two Dashboards if you feel like it.

The Driver Station application is required by the rules.
