In case you haven't figured it out, your shots are pulling right because the frisbee is decompressing off the solid wall and thus getting pushed right as it exits. You can greatly reduce that by cutting your wall off even with the center of your last shooter wheel, or perhaps a little past.

Yea this happened with our shooter as well. We moved the wheels closer to the end and it fixed the problem.
