Is this a "jumping" climber? The pneumatic in the back makes be curious.

The two CIMs hooked to lead-screws lead me to believe otherwise. I think the pneumatic in the back probably tilts their robot forward to a 60" angle to be able to grab the corner.

Looks like the backing for bumpers to me.

That is wood and it's just to bring the perimeter out to the shaft-collars that are on the outside of the C-Base.
