We got a first choice part fc13-024 this year, which AndyMark says is festo two way valve # 566475. This seems to translate to VUVG-L10-B52-T-M7-1P3. And, at the festo website here:

this part is listed at 380 l/min. And, as far as I can tell, this translates into more than 0.32Cv.
But the manual says anything in the KOP is legal. Are firstchoice items considered 'in the KOP'?
I suppose the real question is simply - is this valve legal for Ultimate Ascent within the light of rule R78?
The valve seems to likely be a leftover from the 2011 year as the datasheet is also here:
