Please feel free to download and modify as much as you would like. It is simply Excel with VB macros and a Publisher file for the data collection sheet.
For those without MSPublisher, I have included a PDF version of the data collection sheet as well.
We would appreciate any data dumps from teams that use this system so we can refine the default effective score coefficients.
