Driver Statoin Account on Non-Classmate Laptop

Is there a way to create a Driver Station account on a regular laptop?
Our OS is Windows 7 32-bit.

I'm not sure what you mean by Driver Station Account. However, FIRST has published directions for installing the driver station on a non-classmate computer. http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/2013-Driver-Station. While the directions say 2012, they apply to 2013 also.
