DC/DC Power Converter

Hey i have a question on the 12/24V to 5V DC/DC Power Converter. I am not quite sure on how to wire it. Can anyone help?

Notice the 12 volt slot on the Powert Distribution board?

The red and black wires go into the + and - respectively.

Then, the yellow and black wires go to the radio (Yellow is +, black is -).
