Also, we're changing things up this year and going to the Boilermaker Regional. :ahh:

We're gonna miss you guys at Milwaukee!

Also, Andrew makes a good defensive bot :P

As a viable strategy, climb then shoot your last four. The bit of oscillation should subside over 5 seconds giving you enough time to level out and make those last 4. Other than that, looks good, could definitely see winning a week 3 regional.

Great job with your robot this year, guys! I loved seeing it hang and shoot from the bottom rung, in person, on Sunday. Wanted to congratulate you guys more there, but we had a handful of annoying issues we were still dealing with as I'm sure you noticed. We are so gonna miss you guys in Wisconsin, this year! Loved the constant and infectious enthusiasm and the extra cheering section was always much appreciated! Best of luck at Boilermaker. You guys should do well, that's a good little machine. :)

Andrew makes a good defensive bot :P

I'll second that statement! Also, What are you guys using the camera for? It looks like it was more mechanically lined up to shoot.

That robot looks absolutely fantastic, there is nearly nothing that could change about it to make it better.

I especially like that you can use your hooks to line up a 3 point shot. Simple and effective.

Our camera feeds back to the driver station and they use it to verify the shooter is square to the pyramid or to line up shots from another location. Also vision tracking maybe. I'm not sure that ever got working.

The oscillation from hanging comes from starting the lift at an angle. We don't touch the ground at any point, but it makes it more difficult to shoot if we still have a frisbee.

Thanks for the positive comments everyone!

Edit: After this I wore my steel toes to these driver practices::safety::
