Game with tankdrive for practicing tankdrive anyone?

I'm not sure where to put this but does anyone know a simple top-down or 3rd person view game with tankdrive to practice using tankdrive?

If not i'll be working on a very very simple one in flash one way or another...
My idea was using w/i for the two ups and s/k for the two downs, grouping w and s on one joystick and i and k on the other basically... But no joysticks...

I think you can choose that style for Catalyst, but I have never played.

1) How do I find if my computer has XNA or not?
2) Looks nice but i'm anti-download so I probably wont' download it unless/till someone confirms that it has tankdrive...

EDIT: Not to be picky but I like in-browser stuff. And I have code written that should work for tankdrive in flash so I might end up linking it anyway...
