1. PVC endcap used to close the end of a PVC tube.
Legal or Not Legal?

2. Screws or other fasteners used to gain traction on the field. Just like the set screws on CD5's wheels. Assuming no damage will be caused to the field of course.
Legal or Not Legal?

3. Spacers (nylon, aluminum, etc.), used like a washer, to fill the gap between two materials clamped by a fastener.
Legal or Not Legal?

4. Regarding #3, could an aluminum spacer be considered aluminum tubing, making it a legal additional material?

5. PVC cement used to fasten PVC tubing to PVC fittings.
Legal or Not Legal?

Question:

Answer:
Yes

Question:

Answer:
The edges cannot sharp. AND we cannot even THINK about hurting the gym floor below the carpet. We will have to make the call on a case by case basis. We will error on the side of protecting our right to have another CDI next year (which means we can not risk having the carpet ruined).

Answer:
Washers are legal, if used within reason (e.g. a 0.5 inch stack may be reasonable while a 2.5 inch stack of washers may not be).

Regarding above, could an aluminum spacer be considered aluminum tubing, making it a legal additional material?
Answer:
I will allow it.

Question:
PVC cement used to fasten PVC tubing to PVC fittings. Legal or Not Legal?
Answer:
I believe that this is specifically allowed by the rules. But to repeat, Yes this is legal.
