You wire each side of the solenoid into the Solenoid Breakout on the cRIO. The breakout must be powered using 24v, although I'm not entirely sure if that is necessary if you are using a 12v valve. Google "FRC Wiring Diagram" for a really neat diagram.

...and you want to power it with the appropriate power source, for the solenoids you are using. 24v if you're using 24v solenoids, 12v if you're using 12v solenoids.
